Each swim lesson is 30 minutes, with options for 1 or 2 lessons per week. We design our programs this way because consistent practice and more frequent water time greatly enhance a student’s learning process. Swim lessons are capped at 30 minutes, as longer sessions often lead to fatigue, reducing performance.

Same rates apply for kids/teens and adults lessons.

Semi-private swimming lessons: (1 on 2)

- Semi-private lessons start at $36.99+HST/lesson monthly, each class lasting 30-minutes.

- If you sign up for one season, the cost is $33.99+HST/lesson for each student, saving you $36.

Private swimming lessons: (1 on 1)

- Private swim lessons start at $73.99+HST/lesson monthly, each class lasting 30-minutes.

-  if you sign up for one season, the cost is $67.99/lesson saving you $72.

Depending on the age of the student the time it takes to learn varries. For children ages 4-12 it generally take between 8-12 swim lessons to be able to comfortably swim independently in shallow and deep water. For teenagers 13+ and adults, it generally takes between 4-8 lessons to learn how to comfortably swim in shallow and deep water on their own. Students that regularly practice, take more lessons, and take private lessons, generally take less time to learn.

What if I/my child misses a lesson?

If you need to cancel a lesson, we require at least 12 hours notice before your scheduled class. With proper notice, you'll receive one makeup lesson credited to your account at no additional cost.

Makeup lessons are limited to one per student per month and must be used within the same month — they do not roll over. Missed lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours notice or no-shows are not eligible for a makeup.

You can manage cancellations and schedule makeup lessons directly through your client portal.

At our swim school we only offer private and semi-private swimming lessons, meaning we only offer (1 on 1) and (1 on 2) classes and that our class sizes range from 1-2 students including you or your child. This means that in a class it would either just be you/your child if you pick a private lesson, or you/your child and one other swimmer if you chose a semi-private class. We never pair semi-private adult swimming lessons with children's swimming lessons, so if you pick a semi-private class for your child they would always be learning alongside another child not an adult.

How do payments work?

We use secure online billing through Stripe. When you enroll, you'll provide a card on file which is required to maintain your spot. You're billed automatically on your enrollment date each month — no manual payments needed.

Each payment covers one full month of lessons from your billing date. Your billing date stays consistent every month so you always know when to expect a charge.

To cancel your enrollment, we require at least 7 days notice before your next billing date. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will result in a final charge for the upcoming month. You can manage your enrollment and submit cancellation requests directly through your client portal.
