Money-back guarantee

If you don't love your first lesson, tell us within 24 hours and we refund the whole season.

Tell us by phone, text or email within 24 hours of the end of your first lesson and the full amount you paid for the season is refunded to your original payment method.

Changing your mind before you start

Separately, you can cancel within 10 days of booking for a full refund, even before your first lesson.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, including Klarna plans.

Missed and cancelled lessons

Life happens, and we understand, but because your weekly time is reserved for your swimmer all season, a lesson you miss or cancel can't be refunded or made up. If we ever have to cancel a lesson (no instructor available to cover, or the pool is closed), your season is extended by a week so you still get every lesson you paid for.

Cancel from your family account so your instructor knows not to wait on deck. Families who enrolled before September 17, 2026 keep the one refundable cancellation they booked with.

Season and schedule

The Fall Season runs October 4 to November 30: 8 weeks, no lesson on Thanksgiving Monday, October 12. You book 1, 2 or 3 weekly times and keep them for the season: 8 lessons per weekly time, 1 lesson per week. A weekly time added after the season starts needs 4 or more lessons left. Weekly times are first come, first served.

Lessons are 30 minutes. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first lesson.

Payment

Prices are $39.99 + HST per semi-private lesson and $64.99 + HST per private lesson. No registration fees. No auto-renewal.

Your first weekly time is full price. Every weekly time you add after that, a 2nd lesson per week for the same swimmer, or a sibling, partner or friend joining with their own time, gets its first lesson free. That is $45.19 off per extra time for semi-private, or $73.44 for private, HST included. Two swimmers at 2 lessons per week saves three lessons; three swimmers at 3 lessons per week saves eight ($361.51). Add-on times need 4 or more lessons.

Health and safety

Swim diapers are required for swimmers who are not toilet-trained. Please keep swimmers home when they are unwell. A parent or guardian stays on the pool deck for swimmers under 12.

Privacy

We collect your name, contact details and your swimmer's age and progress to run your lessons and your progress page. We do not sell your information. Questions: support@reply.apexswimmers.com.
